In a compelling partnership from 2019 to 2020, Toohey/Mann Consulting guided the Harvest Hotel Group through a strategic metamorphosis. Shifting from small rural inns to expansive regional venues, accompanied by a robust refinancing overhaul, the collaboration heralded a new era of growth and innovation.

In 2023 a Proof of Concept model was built for FSW stakeholders, this project lead by Toohey Mann demonstrated the potential of the FSW concept and validated operating assumptions prior to full scale development.
